Why do I have a charge for Southport AU on my card?

Your card has been charged for a premium membership fee on

The exact format of the billing name appearing on your credit card statement is dependent on your credit card provider, however in most cases it will appear as " Southport AU".

Cancelling Future Charges

You can opt out of auto renewal at any time by clicking here, or by choosing "Billing" from the Settings menu (represented by a gear icon). Click on the slider next to "Your membership auto renewal is ON". You will be asked to confirm your choice: click "Confirm". Your automatic renewal will now be switched off for the current membership period. This will stop any future charges.

Not Satisfied?

If you are unhappy with the service or wish to apply for a refund, please contact our customer service team. If you have not used the service you may be eligible for a refund.

Didn't Make the Purchase?

If you did not purchase a premium membership on or have not authorized someone to use your credit card to purchase a membership, please contact our customer service team to report the fraudulent use. We will refund the full amount in cases of fraudulent credit card use.
